These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Duels (the "App"), published by 0n1 Studios, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to these Terms.

1License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.

2Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law;
cheat, exploit, or interfere with multiplayer matches or other players' experience;
use the App to harass others or to do anything unlawful;
resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

3In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms of Service. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may change or be discontinued as the game evolves.

4Intellectual property

The App and all of its content — including artwork, characters, audio, text, and software — are owned by 0n1 Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

5Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0n1 Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will revise the date above when changes are made.
